PAYMENT

• Company checks are welcome once on account.
• Your name MUST be imprinted on the check with the correct phone number and address.
• Please make checks payable to Capri Electronics, LLC.
• Bank wire transfers are also accepted but are subject to a bank fee of $15.00.
• Due to excessive fees and fraud we do not accept credit cards.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Most orders are shipped the same day the order is placed.
• If an order is placed after the UPS pickup the order will ship the next day.

SHIPPING

• Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the order.
• Shipping method will be at our discretion.
• Orders are generally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).

FOREIGN ORDERS

• All foreign dealers MUST request a pro forma invoice before placing an order. 
• The invoice will be sent back showing the cost of the order and the shipping. 
• Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail, UPS Standard or DHL Air, at our discretion.
• The ordering company is wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc...
• Payment for all foreign orders must be made in advance by Bank wire transfer or Money Order in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. For Wire Transfer information, please contact our office by fax, phone or e-mail for bank routing information.

RETURN POLICY

• Due to the nature of our product line, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless there is a warranty issue.
• All returns must be authorized by our sales office, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized.
